Rhino Grasshopper

21. - 22. november 2024

This course is for architects, designers and civil engineers who wants to implement Grasshopper into their professional work.

We will use relevant examples as well as short tutorials that teach specific methods. Piece by piece you will build your own Grasshopper scripts. The examples we use cover a range of typical modeling tasks that are suitable for Grasshopper, highlighting different workflows, tools and principles.

The goal is, that by the end of this course, you will have a good foundation to further develop your Grasshopper skills.

Rhino for beginners

11. - 13. desember 2024

This course will cover important areas in design modeling.
Level 1 training shows you how to produce 3-D models using NURBS geometry and arrange models for export, annotation and 3d-printing. You will gain knowledge of the principles and methods used to create good quality models, and the principles behind it.
Different design for production as well as presentation methods will be covered. The course also covers some important new Rhino V8 workflows, such as the SubD QuadRemesh and Shrinkwrap.

Rhino for Marine

This course will cover typical areas in marine design, such as surface modeling for hull shapes and superstructures. It introduces strategies for curve and surface creation and offers practical techniques and tools to make the modeling easier to control.

Rhino for designers

This course will cover important areas in 3d modeling for product design. You will acquire deep knowledge of the principles and methods used to create good quality models. Design for production and presentation methods will be covered extensively.

Grasshopper for Architects

This is a specialized course for people in the architecture and civil engineering industry. There will be an introduction to Grasshopper and basic use cases for practical modeling tasks, like patterns, use of attractors and use of grasshopper for architecture, furniture planning and  landscaping.
